Chunmee Green Tea

A classic Chinese tea. A hand rolled green tea also known as "Precious Eyebrows" due to it's shape, brews slightly more tangy and less sweet than other teas, but with a hint of smokiness for a full bodied taste. Its well rounded, clean flavor lends itself well to being served hot or cold. All our imported teas start with finest ingredients. We custom blend and flavor our teas by hand.

Hot Brewing method: Start with 10 oz of fresh water. Use tea portions and brewing temperatures below

• Amount - 1 - 2  teaspoon
• Temperature- 170-180 F
• Time - 2-3  min.                    

Iced Tea - Double the amount of tea using the chart above. After brewing hot tea, immediately pour over a glass of ice. Add more ice if needed.                       

Storage - The best way to store tea is at room temperature in an airtight tea canister. Keep tea away from heat, light, air, and moisture.
